4. Resource Planning & Scheduling

  • Workforce, equipment, and material planning aligned to project timelines

  • Preventive maintenance calendars and service scheduling to avoid disruption

  • Capacity planning to ensure readiness for surge, emergency, or seasonal demand

5. Risk Management & Mitigation

  • Proactive identification of schedule, safety, and performance risks before they impact delivery

  • Contingency planning and rapid-response protocols for emergent issues

  • Continuous monitoring with corrective action tracking

6. Quality Control (QC) Management

  • Documented QC plans, inspections, and performance metrics tied to contract standards

  • Root-cause analysis and corrective action for any deficiencies

  • Ongoing verification that work meets manufacturer, safety, and regulatory specifications

7. Subcontractor Coordination & Oversight

  • Vetting, onboarding, and performance management of teaming partners and subcontractors
